In St. Moritz Dorf, a former staff house has been transformed into an exclusive apartment complex. The old building was completely hollowed out and secured with a steel corset. In addition the building was underpinned and a new basement was built. The facade has been restored carefully and upgraded with a noble subtle shade of gray. An elevator has been added laterally, so that the interior can be optimally utilized and organized.
